Behavior Analyst - Bcba

Brightside ABA is looking for a well-qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to take on 3 cases in the Odessa and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for a BCBA who wants to receive phenomenal support from an experienced clinical director (15 years in the field!).

Brightside ABA opened in central FL to assist with the overwhelming need for ABA services without being on a waitlist. We now need a BCBA in Odessa to take on 3 new cases (ages 3-5). Brightside is uniquely invested in creating a positive and warm environment for our employees. We are an established ABA agency with protocols, policies, and procedures in place so that our clinicians can focus on the clinical work and leave the administrative responsibilities to the office to handle.

What we ask of you

Perform These Essential Job Functions

• Knowledge of Technology - MS Word, MS, Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet, Email, Data Collection Systems, Locate journal articles and information related to treatment.
• Ethics Compliance - Maintain compliance with BACB ethics code and treatment guidelines from CASP and BHCOE.
• Evaluation & Fidelity - Conduct program evaluation, competency and fidelity measures, and revise programming as needed.
• Assessments & Plan Writing - Produce accurate Assessments, Reassessments, and effective Behavior Plans.
• Schedule Management - Maintain your patient and RBT schedules for parent training and treatment.
• Data Analysis - Conduct functional analysis, weekly data analysis, and tracking data outcomes for fidelity.
• Parent Training -Work collaboratively with parents / caregivers to implement a structured parent training programming.
• Manage Staff - Provide supervision and training for RBTs and BCaBAs.
