As a Service BDC Representative, your role on our Service Team would be focused on customer service, assisting our clients, and clerical duties that come with warranty work. The ideal candidate would have excellent phone etiquette, a warm personality, and previous warranty admin experience.

Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities

• Dispatching roadside assistance.
• Answering phone and email correspondence.
• Proactive outbound service scheduling.
• Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
• Scheduling customers into our online system.

Service BDC Representative Qualifications

• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Prior experience in either a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative Role.
• Computer and phone literacy.
• Phone etiquette and communication skills.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
