Want an opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the renewable energy sector, specializing in the development and production of advanced battery systems? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Battery Systems Engineer to lead our team.

Responsibilities:

• Define and oversee the battery systems engineering roadmap, from concept to commercialization, and ensure alignment with the company's overall business strategy
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and support the development of internal processes and procedures to streamline development and manufacturing activities
• Develop and execute strategies for the design, development, and testing of advanced battery systems, including lithium-ion, flow, and solid-state batteries
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry experts, to ensure the company's technology leadership and competitiveness in the market
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate new battery technologies, suppliers, and manufacturing processes to drive innovation and cost reduction

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in battery systems development, preferably in the automotive, aerospace, or energy storage industries
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related field. Ph.D. is a plus
• Strong technical background in battery chemistry, electrochemistry, thermal management, and system integration
• Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, and innovation
• In-depth knowledge of battery testing standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance
