We're seeking a reliable and hardworking Barback to support our bartending staff and ensure smooth operations for our clients. As a Barback, you will be responsible for stocking bar inventory, preparing garnishes, washing glassware, and ensuring the bar is clean and organized.
Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in serving customers and managing orders
• Stock bar inventory and prepare garnishes as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Wash glassware and utensils
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including dress code requirements

Requirements:

• Customer-focused attitude and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of bartending tools and techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Proven experience as a Barback or in a similar hospitality role
