Banquet Bartender Jobs

Camp Lucy is a 270 acre resort property with multiple venues mostly used for weddings. There is also boutique lodging and a restaurant, Tillie's, as well.

We are looking fro a for friendly, energetic and hard-working Banquets Bartender to join our team working on weddings and special events at the Hill Country's premier venue.

Please Note: Must be 18 +yrs or older to apply for this position due to TABC requirements

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous bartending experience
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
• Must have a TABC and Food Handlers Certifications
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Have full knowledge of the beverage menus being offered at the banquet
• Follow policies, procedures and service standards
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Occasional kneeling, pushing and pulling
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
