The Role: Guest Services Associate – Customer Service & Beauty

What You'll Do:

• Reserve and confirm guest appointments
• Perform Aveda Rituals of Renewal
• Support students with professional guest interactions and retention
• Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out
• Assist with retail recommendations and purchases
