Position Summary: The AutoStore Technician/Operations Control Station Coordinator will manage activities and service of the AutoStore system as well as performing other Logistics duties.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Have knowledge about all Autostore modules the SynQ system
  • Continuous analysis and elimination of sources of error and weak points
  • Be an expert on AutoStore equipment supporting the robots and operating the system with a focus on minimizing downtime
  • Closely work with IM, Process Owners, and Leadership in all corrective actions and improvements to the Autostore
  • Troubleshooting of technical malfunctions and performing root cause analysis to prevent future issues.
  • Supporting the coordination of external maintenance and repair work
  • Actively run reports and clean-up activities required in SynQ
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and present to warehouse management the trends and deviations impacting the operations or delivery performance
  • Hands-on robot repair and maintenance.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Daily housekeeping
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Process Customer orders (picking and packing)
  • Perform Goods Receipts
  • Participate in special Projects

Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:

Professional Skills:

  • Strong computer proficiency
  • 2+ years experience in warehouse operations
  • Experience utilizing SAP or equivalent material/operations management software
  • Ability to capture and analyze material management data for decision making utilizing G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software.
  • Willingness to work shifts

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Licensure/Certifications:

  • Manufacturer training certification preferred
