Commission sales position with commission range of 20% according to terms of pay plan, with average total monthly compensation of $8500 and increased earnings potential based on productivity/number of sales.Benefits: Hannah Motor Company offers a variety of health insurance benefit options for employees and their families. Available benefit options include medical, dental, vision, Health Savings account, Flexible Spending account, basic and voluntary life insurance, and short- & long-term disability. Benefit eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment subject to the terms of the applicable benefit plan. Additionally, the Company offers a competitive 401k plan to assist employees with future retirement and financial planning.
Vacation: All regular full-time employees receive paid vacation according to the following schedule:
  • 1 year of service = 40 hours of vacation
  • 2 – 6 years of service = 80 hours of vacation
  • 7 – 24 years of service = 120 hours of vacation
  • 25 + years of service = 160 hours of vacation
Paid Sick: Sick leave pay is available to employees in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law.
Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 2 paid holidays per year to Salespeople subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
Responsibilities
  • Offers test drives to all prospects. Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer prior to test drive.
  • Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
  • Attends sales meetings.
  • Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Sells/leases and delivers a minimum of 10 units per month.
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers.
  • Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile sales.
  • Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system.
  • Satisfies the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
  • Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with established dealership policies.
  • Explains fully product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Qualifications
  • Public relations skills. Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to actively participate in team oriented process.
  • Skill and ability to meet people and listen
  • Skill and ability to sell.
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
  • Excellent communication skills (including listening, writing, speaking).
