Automotive Finance Manager Jobs

Experienced Automotive Finance Manager needed in the Lancaster, PA market. The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership setting and will have a proven track record of good grosses and clean paperwork. It is important that the F&I Manager hired is compliant and upsells with integrity. This person will be the only Finance Manager in the dealership so will have a ton of opportunity to gross and earn. Excellent opportunity for a motivated Finance Manager who knows how to maximize opportunities while also keeping customers happy and coming back for repeat business. Two weeks of PTO the first year! 5 day work week with no late nights.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.
• Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with constant communication with accounting office
• Tracks and monitors F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrations
• Assists sales desk in structuring deal
• Consistently adheres to all F&I office process and flow of contracts
• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery
• Participates weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues
• Makes sure that there are no missing signatures within the F&I Contract
• Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation:
Compensation in the $150,000 - $220,000 range based on experience and performance. Full benefits package available.
