Automotive Accounting Assistant Jobs

Team Karl Malone is seeking an in-house Accounting Assistant. As a member of our team, you will help process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cancellations of extended and aftermarket warranty products, as well as assist in many other accounting needs.
Responsibilities

• Answer and direct customer inquiries
• Input, remit, and reconcile extended warranties and aftermarket products
• Processing of cancellations of extended warranty and insurance policies
• Perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Aide in maintaining positive relationships with customers, teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
• Provide support within the accounting team as needed
• Reconcile and maintain accounting schedules

Requirements

• Excellent personal discipline, time management, and organization.
• Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through
• Accuracy in following procedures and directions.
• Experience with computer accounting, data entry, and reporting systems a plus
• Be able to interact well with the public in person and over the phone.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations
• Must have strong computer skills
• Great communicator and listener
• Enthusiastic personality with a team player attitude
