AutoCAD Designer / Drafter – $52,000 - $72,000 + Benefits – Lebanon, PA

The Role

Are you an expert in creating detailed, efficient designs using AutoCAD? Are you ready to be part of a team that shapes the future of land development?

Join Chrisland Engineering a leading civil engineering firm as an AutoCAD Designer/Drafter, where you will play a pivotal role in a variety of civil engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be immersed in projects that range from residential and commercial developments to industrial and agricultural ventures. You will be integrally involved in every stage of the design and approval process, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals to bring project visions to life.

Our office is open Monday through Thursday 7am - 5pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive construction cost estimates.
• Develop survey base maps, sketch plans, and design layouts for subdivisions and land development.
• Make plan revisions based on reviewer feedback and designer redlines.
• Participate in municipal meetings to discuss projects and secure approvals.
• Produce plan sets, reports, letters, etc. for project submissions.
• Prepare correspondence to regulatory and review agencies.

The Person

• Exceptional communication and organizational prowess.
• Proficiency in Carlson Civil, Autodesk Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Prior experience in Project Management will be a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with site layout, grading, and design is a plus.
