Responsibilities - Service Manager:
  • Ensures a safe working environment
  • Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
  • Maintains customer service records in computer system
  • Generates revenues, communicates clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
  • Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and repaired
  • Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
  • Oversees employee training and development
Requirements - Service Manager:
  • Previous Service Advisor or Service Manager experience required
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Resume must be uploaded
  • Valid in-state driver's license
