• Keep positive relationships with teammates.
• Utilize a computer and CRM tracking system daily.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads.
• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.

Qualifications

• Computer skills
• Valid driver’s license/reliable transportation
• Customer service experience
• Positive and hardworking personality
