We’re looking for an audio producer to work with our Learning Content team to create state-of-the-art eLearning courses as well as podcasts.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following skills, experience, and attributes

• Proficiency in Adobe Audition or similar audio editing software
• 3+ years of total work experience in production roles
• Ability to work flexibly as part of a small team and produce content quickly, often with short turn-around times
• Experience with talent, editorial, and production management
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent work experience
• Superb organizational skills, attention to detail, and time-management
• Familiarity with Libysn or similar podcast publishing platforms
• Demonstrated track record finalizing audio for publication
• Solid communication skills, written and spoken

Duties And Responsibilities

• Record sessions and then mix and master files
• Collaborate with the Director of Instructional Design and others to ensure production and quality targets are being met
• Create a recording schedule and coordinate recording sessions
• Assume overall responsibility for the recording and production of the audio components of eLearning courses as well as podcasts
