As a Social Media Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in spreading awareness, fostering meaningful conversations, and mobilizing individuals to engage with our client’s visions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that resonate with audiences.
  • Foster an online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and encouraging dialogue that promotes understanding and positive change.
  • Analyze and interpret social media metrics to refine strategies, track progress, and report on the impact of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate social media strategies into larger communication efforts.
  • Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns that align with our client’s values and objectives.
  • Monitor trends, news, and conversations to stay at the forefront of relevant topics and engage with current events and partners in an informed and empathetic manner.

  • Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software
    • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics to inform decision-making.
    • Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and emerging trends.
    • Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content that reflects our values.
    • 2-4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably with brands or within an agency.
    • A genuine passion for progressive causes and a commitment to creating positive societal change.
    • A creative mindset that can translate complex ideas into accessible and shareable content.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with followers, build relationships, and navigate sensitive conversations constructively.
