Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is a paid approach to increasing brand visibility through various search engines. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Ads are some platforms we use to highlight brands and products on search engine results pages.

Responsibilities

• Compiles and analyzes data, reports, and summary information with flawless accuracy
• Provides support as a key resource for flawless execution for account performance management across multiple digital channels 
• Primarily focused on 1-2 SEM platforms which may include Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Ads, etc.
• Proactively ensures client’s initiatives, tasks, and actions are completed
• Applies professional concepts and industry methodologies
• Works with teammates to ensure metrics and reporting match specific client needs, conducts industry research, asks probing questions to help uncover root issues, flags any opportunities or unexpected shifts in account performance

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and produces high quality output
• Knowledge in marketing, finance, communications, or analytics a plus
• 0-2 years of related experience or a degree with little to no experience
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and insights; identify trends and recommendations
• Self-starter, independent, quick and continuous learner
• Ability to work effectively in teams
• Agile, committed, flexible, and can deal with high degree of ambiguity

Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.

New Engen is headquartered in Seattle, WA. For this role, candidates in our Charlotte office or Remote are preferred.
