Job Description
Ocean Spray is hiring for an Associate Project Manager on our Commercial team in Lakeville, MA! We're an iconic brand and a farmer-owned cooperative. Position location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays & Fridays remote.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
  • Responsible for all project communication on the project teams and with senior management
  • Maintain knowledge of new and emerging project management methodologies and identify opportunities for.
  • Manage task ownership, accountability and ensure completion
  • Identify, communicate any project risks
  • Creation and management of overall project timeline
  • Communicate and influence effectively at the senior leadership level
  • Lead product change and line extension cross functional teams throughout all aspects of the project (Ideation through execution) including:
    • Responsible for all project communication on the project teams and with senior management
    • Identify and manage scope of project
    • Creation and management of overall project timeline
    • Manage task ownership, accountability and ensure completion
    • Identify, communicate any project risks
    • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
    • Executes project within given timelines to meet desired business objectives (consumer, financial, operational, etc)
  • Appropriately elevate project risks and roadblocks
