Job Description

Job Summary:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the product management team in developing and delivering innovative and market-leading products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and launch of products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in product strategy and roadmap development by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer feedback to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement.
  2. Work closely with the product management team to translate customer requirements into clear and actionable product specifications and user stories.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and quality assurance, to ensure timely and successful product development and delivery.
  4. Participate in agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and coordination of release schedules.
  5. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to validate product functionality and user experience.
  6. Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and release notes.
  7. Support product launch activities, including the development of marketing materials, product demonstrations, and training sessions for internal stakeholders.
  8. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of product launches and provide recommendations for improvement.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify potential product enhancements and new market opportunities.
  10. Collaborate with the sales team to provide product training and support for customer inquiries and sales enablement activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
  2. Prior experience in product management, project management, or a related role is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools is a plus.
  7. Passion for technology and a deep interest in staying up to date with the latest industry trends and innovations.
  8. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take initiative in a rapidly changing environment.
  9. Ability to adapt to feedback and learn quickly to contribute to the growth of the product management function.

Salary : $65 - $100 per hour
