Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Associate Product Acceptance Specialists (Level B) to support the Propulsion South Carolina (PSC) Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.


The selected candidate will be responsible for, but are not limited to, performing tasks in the areas including; pre-shift planning, crew meetings, production control, process improvement and Lean/BPS. First Pass Quality is a top priority when work is reviewed for completion. They are expected to complete assigned tasks and essential functions of the job.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
  • Identifies and documents discrepancies
  • Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification
  • Provides objective evidence of results
  • Segregates and controls non-conforming items
  • Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action
  • Performs auditing, surveillance and monitoring
  • Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • 1+ years of experience in conducting Compliance, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), Tool Control and/or Audit assessments
  • 1+ years of experience in performing audits, compliance, reviews, and technical reviews


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • Proficient in all forms of NCR and EPD generation (NCR/RGEN/PU/SAT/SRR/PU and RGEN Revision etc)
  • Must maintain all necessary certifications to perform the job


Typical Education/Experience:


Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

Summary pay range: $41,650 - $56,350
