- Minimum of one year of Aerospace, Fabrication, Manufacturing, or Quality Inspection experience.
- Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience.
- Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience.
- Experience in a team environment.
- Experience identifying critical path analysis, float analysis, schedule impact analysis, recovery planning, root cause analysis, trend analysis, schedule quality metrics, and risk analysis
- More than 1 year of experience using Velocity and CMES systems experience
- 787 Program Experience.
