What You'll Do


The Associate 360 Tennis Marketing Manager will play a key role in the development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics for Wilson Racquet Sports and Sportswear teams with increasing responsibility.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:


  • Plan, attend and recap key events and programs to ensure they met the objective, were executed on-brand and reached the core target
  • Contribute to the development of the long-term strategy for the brands/platform, including brand objectives, integrated marketing plans and budgets
  • Generate consumer marketing plans by leveraging data and consumer insights to efficiently address business opportunities and drive toward agreed upon KPIs
  • Partner with agencies and cross-functional partners in E-Commerce and Creative Services in both Racquet Sports and Sportswear to execute brand initiatives that drive business results
  • Curate best-in-class content with available resources to distribute across all social and digital marketing platforms to meet objectives (i.e. awareness, views, and/or conversion)
  • Be an advocate for the tennis player at all times. Communicate the needs of the tennis player in core team planning sessions


What We're Looking For


A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related area. We are asking that candidates have a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing & brand management. Experience can be client or agency side as well as sales. Candidates must be familiar with tennis / racquet sports.

  • Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects across multiples brands in a dynamic environment with strong organizational, communication and follow-through skills as well as limited resources and budgets
  • Self-Motivated - empowered to take initiative & ownership, developing new programs and strategies, continually looking for ways to improve processes and platforms
  • Consumer Mindset - ability to design and execute consumer facing marketing strategies against business opportunities and trends in the marketplace
  • Avid Fan – can speak authoritatively and authentically about racquet sports, including tennis, pickleball and padel
  • Creative Problem Solver - high level of creativity, both with problem-solving and program development; must be able to generate creative ideas AND collaborate with Creative Services
  • Digital and Social Media project experience a must
  • Available to travel approximately 25% of the time, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required by events and business needs
  • Power Point skills – from content development to professional, streamlined formatting
