Make an impact

As the Net Lease Investment Team Associate you are a subject matter expert in the acquisition and asset management of industrial assets across our target markets. You will analyze, underwrite, perform due diligence, and manage the financial performance of Bridge's industrial assets.

• Perform a comprehensive analysis of businesses, their industry, financial statements, and credit quality for tenants occupying properties targeted for investment
• Work with senior investment professionals to underwrite, structure, and execute CRE industrial investments that are consistent with the firm's credit-focused investment strategy
• Prepare detailed financial analyses to effectively model the business's capital structure, downside risk, and performance
• Create customized financial models for each investment opportunity
• Perform extensive due diligence and assist in deal execution
• Synthesize large amounts of disparate information about each investment opportunity

What You Should Bring

• Demonstrated investment acumen, knowledge and thoughtfulness as a credit-minded investor with financial statement analysis experience
• Experience underwriting deals at an investment bank, commercial bank, private equity firm or other real estate investment firm
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Advanced Excel acumen
• Team player with desire to contribute to a collaborative and constructive work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
