In 2022, MCF teams transplanted 471 solid organ allografts, performed 197 stem cell transplants, and provided CAR-T therapy to 49 patients.

The Associate Director will work under the supervision of the laboratory Director to provide oversight of all Laboratory activities, new clinical test development and validation, quality improvement and accreditation processes, on-call service, and consultation to physicians on all testing performed by the laboratory in support of both solid organ and hematopoietic transplantation programs. The successful candidate will be expected to support trainee and faculty development in histocompatibility and clinical immunology through research collaboration, teaching, and participation in clinical conferences.
