Base Salary Range: $136,600.00 - $170,800.00

Target Total Cash Range: $218,560.00 - $273,280.00

Target Total Cash: Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings. In addition to base salary and bonus, this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.

Description & Requirements

Job Purpose

Kraft Heinz North America is transforming its factories to significantly improve the Operational Efficiency of its Equipment by over 30%. This ambition requires planning and laser focus implementation. The Associate Director – Maintenance Strategy – North America owns the NA Zones’ Maintenance Strategy that when actioned will deliver the efficiency ambition of the organization. It is a key function that will dictate the timing of implementation and the prioritization of tasks that will allow the conversion and deliver maximum impact.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain employee engagement by creating a culture of efficient execution and an environment in which individuals and teams can excel and continuously improve; establish an effective technical and leadership development plan for the maintenance/utility’s organization.
  • Own the governance for Planning and Scheduling for the NA Zone and ensure its consistent implementation across the plants.
  • Collaborate with the POD’s and factories to implement the Maintenance strategy and measure their implementation and eventually the agreed success metrics.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth to support the deployment of hardware and software technical solutions across all facilities and champion new technologies that can revolutionize manufacturing and food processing.
  • Build- lead- manage and develop a team of technical resources focused on manufacturing objectives- serving as technical resources or subject matter experts on the acquisition and use of related technologies.
  • To accomplish and maintain maximum production uptime the role is required to own- develop- maintain- monitor- and measure the maintenance/utilities strategy and implementation plan for the zone.
  • Participate in investigations and apply relevant best in class methods in the zone through collaborative efforts with suppliers- OEM’s- and SME’s.
  • Own the analysis of the Maintenance cost and optimize the spend.
  • Champion systematic problem analyses with a focus on problem elimination that will need to collaborate with the factories and cross function teams to prioritize and implement solutions.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a Normal office environment with moderate travel to customer locations- stores- manufacturing facilities- etc.; offices are open workspaces Additionally- this role requires normal working hours.
