Job Description

Summary

The Business Analyst will be responsible for, interpreting specific sets of data in relationship to the Azure database. Working together with the People Leader and Project Manger and our IT partners for the loading of an Azure database using ETL languages, documenting, interpreting, writing requirements as well as validating and reconciling key attributes to partner contracts.

Responsible for testing large data sets to identify issues and improve data integrity and accuracy. Testing includes analysis, validation, reporting and reconciliation processes.
Writing logic rules to be used by technical coders for movement of data from source files into a structured datastore. Includes translations from source values to database values while validating the attributes within the data conform to the partner to partner contracts and reconcile to client invoices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills

Experience working with databases and ETL languages, interpreting and documenting/writing comprehensive business requirements for moving data interpreting, writing requirements

SQL proficiency

Extensive experience and knowledge of ACCESS databases and EXCEL

Long Term Care operational insurance knowledge a plus
