About The Job

The Associate Manager, BU Reporting will be accountable for planning, reporting, and decision support for $2.5B US Essential Dairy & Plant Based (EDP) raw material spend. This role will be a strategic partner to the Yogurt, Beverage, Plant Based and Premium Dairy BU teams in analyzing product costs and guiding sound business decisions to deliver financial and strategic objectives. The position will work with both actual and forecasted data sets to identify changes in cost for Finished Good products as well as the underlying material components causing the change. This is a high-visibility position involving close collaboration with cross-functional partners in IT, Supply Chain, Brand Finance and Accounting. This position allows the right candidate a unique opportunity to shape the role to meet his/her development needs and the organization’s demands. This role can be based in Broomfield, CO or White Plains, NY!

Key Responsibilities

• Finance Admin owner for newly developed in-house Materials Planning & Report Tool. Be central point of contact for Milk, Raw & Pack, and Co-manufacturing teams with regards to forecast submission, scenario planning, and data management within the MPT tool
• Provide professional advice and objective financial analysis which enable decision makers to make timely and informed business decisions, ensuring that opportunities and risks are fully considered and that decisions are aligned with the overall financial strategies
• Act as a strong Strategic Business Partner together with the BU Finance teams, providing business insights & understanding of market dynamics to drive strategic choices together
• Cultivate company culture, employee engagement, productivity and passion across the SCF and Materials teams
• Responsible for material variance allocation process pushing various centrally held materials costs down to individual product SKUs to enhance visibility to true product cost and facilitate BU pricing decisions. Maintain conceptual framework for allocation mythologies and drive process changes where appropriate
• Key contributor to development and implementation Reporting and planning tools to facilitate and simplify close and planning processes

About You

• You should have experience in partnering with cross-functional teams
• You have the ability to flex between strategic thinking and detailed focus
• You have 3+ years progressive Finance and/or Sales Planning experience
• You have high organizational agility with strong ability to navigate ambiguity
• You have excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship building capabilities
• You have strong analytical & storytelling capability to facilitate and drive decision making
• You are proficient in both MS Excel and Power BI
• You are a strategic, resourceful, & creative individual who is a proven hands-on leader who thrives in a team environment
• You have strong management/people skills and coaching capability
• You have a collaborative leadership style – able to mobilize and influence in a matrixed organization
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accouting or related field
• You have strong analytical, quantitative and reasoning abilities

The base compensation range for this position is $85k-104k commensurate with experience.
