Job Requirements-Varying levels of experience are required based on each position.-This is an extremely "hands on" position, so must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of our guests and staff. Good news: this is not an office job!-Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy.-Must lead by example and uphold high standards of operation.-Must be a leader that helps their team grow through constant coaching and feedback.-High school diploma or equivalent required.-Solid employment track record with positive references.
