JOB SUMMARY


Take the lead at the center of where it all happens – our retail stores. With your retail knowledge and leadership abilities, you’ll help oversee store operations, manage and develop a team and ensure AT&T customers experience our best-in-class services, entertainment and technology. In this role, you’ll partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. And, you won’t be in this alone. We offer best-in-class paid training that will set you up for leadership success. You’ll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Be a top sales producer with Mobility, Internet, TV, and related products and services.
  • Deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
  • Attend sales-related rally calls and meetings.
  • Assist the Store Manager with operational duties.
  • Accelerate your paycheck with cold calling and additional outside sales activities.
  • Execute the daily sales program.
  • Be an outstanding, outgoing, and energetic person with high values and work ethic.
  • Fill down time with prospecting activities.
  • Help drive a positive sales culture in the store.
  • Execute store manager duties when the store manager isn’t present.

Requirements


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE


  • Previous retail management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • On-the-job and web-based training provided.


Additional Requirements


  • Must be willing to work retail shifts and hours.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
