Job Details


Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture required


2+ years' construction experience, focused on safety and integrity


Basic understanding of scheduling, cost control, Building Information Modeling, estimating, and LEAN construction


Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills


Key Responsibilities


Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with construction team members, subcontractors, owner's consultants, and clients


Uphold a culture that values safety, integrity, and excellence throughout all project phases


Manage project submittals, change orders, RFI's, and P6 schedule updates


Oversee quantity tracking, document control, and subcontractor management


Coordinate punch-list activity tracking and maintain daily logs and project documentation


Additional Requirements


Proven ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work to meet deadlines


Eagerness to learn, be mentored and coached


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Demonstrated success in a demanding industry
