Position: Construction Project Coordinator

Location: Greater Chicago area (hybrid 2 days in office)

Salary: 73-83k

Qualifications:

• Great computer skills and ability to read construction documents.
• 3+ years of experience of project management/coordination in the construction industry
• Associate degree or bachelors degree
• Experience communicating with vendors, engineers, procurement, etc.
• Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in person
• Ability to meet customers and team members on site in Chicago’s northwest suburbs

Plusses:

• Knowledge of energy or utilities space.

Day to Day:

• Generate Purchase orders.
• Keep record of daily activity logs for projects.
• Assist and keep record of all necessary project documentation.
• Assist construction manager with any necessary project requirements.
• Process permits, communicate with building departments.
• Assist project managers in the procurement stage of projects.
• Assist project manager with any necessary project requirements.
• Assist with commissioning, warranties and project closeouts.
