Job Description
Assistant Project Manager / Assistant Site Supervisor (Construction)
Stellar Management is looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Assistant Site Supervisor to be on-site at a handful of our construction projects. This person will act as the ownership representative to ensure our construction projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage construction in accordance with the project plan, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor site progress to limit access and ensure secure site for all involved, implementing necessary safety measures to prevent accidents and mitigate risk.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and consultants, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues or concerns as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and accountability among all project participants.
  • Maintain accurate project files including daily logs, site reports and incident reports to ensure all project data is properly documented and easily accessible.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints and technical drawings
  • Must be metro-area based
  • Proficiency in MS suite (Word, Excel, & Project)
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Spanish-language ability is also a plus
  • Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a plus
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a related role, with a strong background in field work

Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $150,000 based upon experience.
