Job Description
  • Communicate regularly with students, caretakers, and learning coaches
  • Act as the technology liaison for teachers and administrative staff
  • Assist with recruiting and interviewing new staff
  • Act as the human resources liaison for school staff in the areas of Supervision of staff attendance, work schedules, position changes, etc.
  • Provide State testing support including logistics for scheduling and tracking participation
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Additional duties may vary from those listed above according to fluctuating work flow and needs of the School throughout the year

  • Education experience required
  • Be available to handle all emergencies
  • Oversee the daily requirements set forth in CCA School Handbook toward Escalation Requirements and Disciplinary procedures
  • Technologically proficient
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Must possess a valid PA K-12 Principal Certificate
  • Travel may be required for this position.
  • Relevant advanced degree is preferred,
  • Appropriate Automobile Insurance Coverage
  • Manage the implementation of the Commonwealth Charter Academy operational protocols
  • Some operational or logistics experience and/or administrative or management experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Monitor enrollment requirements and communicate to the Enrollment Department
  • Supervise Teachers on a regular basis and assist in their evaluation processes
  • Must possess a valid PA K-12 Principal Certificate
  • Research and remain current on the state’s policies, procedures and legislation
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and support preparation for legislative and financial audits in collaboration with the Business Office
  • Master’s Degree
  • Monitor and Support Curriculum initiatives

  • Create Reports to help oversee student accounting functions including attendance maintenance and tracking
  • Salary
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining an effective and efficient Professional Learning Community
  • Understand procedures in the handling of disciplinary issues associated with day to day operations
  • Support the Marketing Department with student outreach, marketing and public relations
  • Act as representative for the Local Education Agency for IEP meetings
  • Must be able to work full time at a CCA Family Service Center
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or Relevant advanced degree
  • Experience in managing people a plus
  • Valid PA Driver’s License
