Job Description
Phx Management has just opened with a focus on community outreach and is ready to exceed all expectations. To meet expansion goals, Phx Management is looking for an Entry Level Marketing Manager to join their management trainee program. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth into an executive management role after completion of the training program.


Assistant Marketing Manager Responsibilities:


  • Effectively communicate product knowledge to prospective customers
  • Engaging with consumers and effectively educating them to drive sales
  • Comply with all client guidelines


Assistant Marketing Manager Requirements:


  • Aggressive desire to learn
  • Ability to travel locally
  • Ability to work at least 40 hours/ week
  • Must be excited to work face to face with people
  • Customer service, retail, sales and/or marketing experience
  • Must be able to have FUN
