Enitor Enterprises is a franchise group who operates Jiffy Lube service centers along the front range in Colorado. We are currently seeking to fill the General Manager role in our organization.
Our ideal candidate possesses a strong drive to be a top performing leader with an eagerness to do what it takes to get there. General Managers are responsible for achieving financial goals, and leading teams to execute a high standard of operations in the field. They are able to hire, train and develop their teams. Other responsibilities will include overall customer satisfaction including online review scores, managing safety in the service centers and holding a high standard in cleanliness and general visual appeal. This position requires someone who is unafraid of holding company standards, has strong communication skills and understands the importance of mentoring their team to strive for excellent results.

General Manager Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, training and coaching a team of employees
• Achieving financial goals and budgets
• Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are being met by company standard
• Able to set a standard in a fast paced work environment
• Addressing any operational problems
• Analyzing the store conditions and creating goals they share with upper management
• Ensuring their location is meeting safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Leadership and decision making ability
• Able to work retail hours including weekends
• Able to work in a hot and cold environment
• 1+ years in management experience
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching
• Proficiency in full-cycle customer service (service, problem resolution and interaction)
• Excellent communication
