Assistant, International Tv & Digital Distribution

Summary Of Position
Lionsgate is currently seeking an Assistant, International Television & Digital Distribution to report to the VP, TV Distribution, Latin America and VP, Global, in the Worldwide TV Distribution department. This position will support executives in charge of sales and management across all licensed rights in TV distribution, but with a focus on Latin American TV Sales and Global Ad-Supported Video on Demand (AVOD).
Responsibilities

• Manage calendars for both VPs, including scheduling conference calls and meetings and closely monitoring calendars to resolve scheduling conflicts. Gather and organize meeting materials and agendas in advance
• Provide general support to the International distribution team as needed with excel/data based projects
• Attend internal meetings, maintain notes and coordinate actions plan for follow up
• Handle general administrative duties including answering phones, handling travel arrangements, expense reports, etc.
• Coordination of special events including creating and managing invitation lists and responses, event logistics and catering
• Distribute screeners of submissions to clients

Qualifications And Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluency of language(s) represented in the LATAM territory (Spanish and Portuguese) preferred, but not required
• MS Office Suite proficiency, especially Outlook and Excel
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• International business acumen a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation
$40,000 - $45,000
