Responsibilities

Due to the firm's continued growth, this is a newly created position. It's important to note that there is more than one opening.

General Overview:

• Assist with annual audit
• Soft review of financial statements
• Special ad-hoc projects
• Capital calls, distribution calculations
• Fund-level accounting, operations
• Journal entries (management fees, accruals, valuations, reconciliations)
• Client correspondence handling
• Funds financial statements prep, review

You Should Apply If:

• 3.5-5 yrs PE Experience
• Strong understanding of fund LPAs, Sub Docs, structures, mgmt. fees/offsets, carried interest.
• Allvue experience or Investran experience (at least 2.5+ years)
