- Responsible for daily asset management operations.
- Experience and skills related to asset management is preferred.

- Responsible and or assist with the recycle program.
- Assist with building maintenance and support as requested.
- Document inventory controls and processes for audit purposes, including an annual review of the controls/processes.
- Perform all other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
- Occasional travel to remote office locations within the state of Oklahoma requires Oklahoma Driver License.
- Knowledge of the State of Oklahoma’s PeopleSoft financial system is preferred.
- Reconciles master asset list to inventory management system.
- Cross-train in various Finance functions.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts in all locations where AOC assets are housed.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Managing receiving and disposition of surplus equipment. Identify alternate uses for equipment, if feasible.
- Required to perform pre-travel safety checklist on state owned vehicles before driving to remote office locations.
