As an AI Specialist, you will collaborate with our dynamic data science team to design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art AI models. The role will involve a strong emphasis on working with Transformer-based models and other LLMs, harnessing their potential to provide valuable business insights, streamline processes, and create innovative products or services.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) strategies.
• Familiarity with leveraging tools like the Hugging Face Transformers library for diverse tasks, capitalizing on the capabilities of language models as a versatile computation engine.
• Provide technical mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Design, train, and optimize Transformer-based models and other LLMs, both from scratch and via fine-tuning pre-trained models.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI by conducting research to refine our methods and techniques continually.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to create high-performance AI solutions.
• Develop strategies to address hallucination issues in AI models and implement memory editing techniques.
• Validate model accuracy and reliability through rigorous testing.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in leveraging transformer-based models and applying pre-trained models effectively in practical applications.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Extensive experience with Transformer models and Large Language Models, including GPT-4, BERT, RoBERTa, and similar architectures.
• Solid understanding of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
• Strong research skills, with a track record of staying current with the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Published research in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools.
