This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for:
Take creative work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
Provide guidance and direction to design execution team.
Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas.
Support the Head of Creative Services with the day-to-day project management within the department.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and the competitor landscape, and track performance.
Works with internal marketing and marketing communications teams on multiple projects at once.
Understand campaign vision, generate original graphics, animations, social media creative and other materials.
Execute original and creative paid and organic social media assets in response to marketing objectives or goals.
Assists in planning and execution of photo and video shoots.
Ensure brand identity and message consistency across channels.
Lead and participates in brainstorming sessions.
Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production.

The ideal Art Director will bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position.
Hands on experience with typography, color, layout, production, and all other aspects of the creative process.
Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
Must be able to execute projects according to Siemens Healthineers brand standards.
Showcases curiosity and open mindset towards new ways of doing things.
Demonstrates the Growth Mindset and is able to take ownership of personal development and growth.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in the creative space.
Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives.
Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping.
The ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
Excellent PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
The pay range for this position is $134k - $184k annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
