Art Director Jobs

Job Summary:

We are an online education company looking for a talented Art Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating brand promotion materials and designing event materials. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Chinese and have at least 4 years of design experience.

Responsibilities:

1.Design the company's brand image and ensure it is consistent across all marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and banners

2.Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote the brand

3.Coordinate with various departments to ensure design quality and progress meet company requirements

4.Ensure that all designs are aligned with the company's vision and values

5.Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies

6.Work with the sales team to design materials that appeal to the target audience

7.Manage junior graphic designers and agency as needed

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Fine Arts, Design, Advertising, or related fields

2.At least 4 years of experience in design, with a proven track record of success

3.Excellent communication and project management skills

4.Strong business acumen and the ability to design for the target audience

5.Fluent in both Chinese and English

6.Understanding of business needs and commercial awareness

7.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
