Who we are & What do we believe?
Arcadia is a non-profit organization that aims to share and spread academic content to people all around the world. It focuses on diverse sub-categories across all disciplines, from art, literature and history, to science as well as providing art contents on social media platforms. At Arcadia, the academic team consists of over 70 international writers and 218 members. Arcadia does write in many fields with Higher Education Academic level articles with the aim of sharing the knowledge our team has, to allow all the people around the globe to benefit from this knowledge without any charges or subscriptions.
Why Is This Position Remote / Online?
We believe that the internet is one of the greatest resources people have, giving us the opportunity to exceed our physical boundaries. Arcadia welcomes all regardless of gender, ethnicity, and age. Arcadia positions began remote/online due to the COVID-19 pandemic and remain so to enable people all around the world to have the opportunity to work with us.
Who We Are Recruiting For Position?
We, like Arcadia, are looking for people who are interested in our various departments with supporting resumes and art area related degrees for the position they are applying for.We will be hiring 5 people for the art consultant position and responsibilities for these positions will be as listed below:
As an Art Consultant at Arcadia, you will be responsible for consulting members related with your allocated department of. Arcadia offers a variety of choices for art consultants within related to their studies and work experiences. Arcadia accepts art consultants to:
- Social Media Department: Consulting to account managers and social media department managers regarding choice of work and branding strategies.
- Content Arts Department: Consulting to illustrative arts regarding their representation of art news or art history.
- Publication Department: Consulting to writers for their intext and cover picture choices of articles for best representation.
- Visual Arts Department: Consulting Graphic Designers for their book cover design projects.
Working under the supervision of the, from top to bottom according to your department selection, HWD, CDO, CCO, SCO and in collaboration with the Chief Academic Advisor, you will be expected to consult minimum 3 maximum 5 members allocated to you and you will be leading members and delivering their work for final approval of executives of department within your detailed feedback report.

Soft Skills & Strong Skills
- Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and Strategies: If you are working in the Social Media department, it is important to have a good understanding of different social media platforms and how to use them effectively. This could include knowledge of best practices for content creation, engagement, and analytics.
- Good time management skills: Along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, it is important to have strong time management skills in order to make the most of your workday and stay on track with deadlines. This could include setting goals and schedules, breaking down larger projects into smaller tasks, and using tools such as calendars and to-do lists to stay organized.
- Creativity: This refers to the ability to come up with original and interesting ideas. As an Art Consultant, it's important to be able to think creatively and come up with unique ways to represent ideas visually where you will be a role model for the artist that you will be leading.
- Researching and Communicating: Designers/ Writers/ Illustrators are paired based on their project’s background with expert art consultants. As an art consultant, you must be able to read and analyze the text/ ıllustration/ mood board that is given to you and guide your colleague effectively within your area of expertise for the best visual representation of a topic that is aimed at the department's vision.
- Strong attention to detail: As an art consultant, you will need to pay close attention to detail in order to ensure that the work you deliver is of the highest quality. This could include proofreading documents, reviewing artwork for accuracy and consistency, and checking for errors or omissions.
- Knowledge of Art History and Different Art Styles and Movements: As an art consultant, it is important to have a strong foundation in art history and an understanding of different art styles and movements. This knowledge can help you to better understand the context of the work you are reviewing and provide informed recommendations to members.
What Are Our Requirements For The Position?
- Experience with a variety of art mediums and techniques, including traditional and digital methods.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Art Design, Art History, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Strong skills in creativity, research and communication, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Commitment to Arcadia’s mission to provide high-quality content to people who desire to learn the beauty of Art and support Arcadia’s motto to enable education for those who can not afford it but seek it.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies, including experience with content creation and curation.
- The highest standards of integrity and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with project management, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to cultural, gender-based, religious, racial, national, and age differences, as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

- A flexible schedule based on deadlines-based projects. Weekly workload of around 8 to 10 hours.
