The Area Rehab Director Assistant (remote role) is responsible for task completion & project oversight that supports the ARDs and regional operations. Responsibilities range in frequency & scope as assigned by regional leadership and human resources. Overall purpose of this position is to provide a layer of communication, reporting, project oversight/management and support between the ARDs/HR/Home Office and the clinical field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ongoing production of reports for VP of Operations, ARDs and HR as assigned.
2. Ongoing responsibility for Health Journal ordering across the company & Office Supply ordering for designated regions.
3. Support to HR in specifically delegated tasks & projects, which may include working directly with the DORs, RAAs and employees.
4. Completion of specific projects or ongoing responsibilities for the ARDs, as assigned by VP of Operations.
5. Completion of specific projects or ongoing responsibilities at the facility level, as assigned by ARDs and approved by the VP of Operations.
6. Assist remotely in new building contract start-ups as requested by the ARDs or VP of Operations.
7. Assist in coordination of telehealth as assigned by Telehealth Coordinator, VP of Compliance and HR
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
8. Be knowledgeable and proficient working with all technical platforms used by Infinity Rehab including, but not limited to Office 365 (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PP), Sharepoint, Ultipro, Power BI, Smartsheet, Trella, IT Freshdesk, NetHealth EMR, and Springboard.
9. Train other staff in specific tasks & projects as assigned by ARDs or VP of Operations.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- The ability to successfully multi-task and handle interruptions
- Excellent detail orientation and accuracy
- Skill in using Microsoft Office products
- High school degree or equivalent
- Exceptional relational skills to communicate effectively over the phone as well as in person.
- One year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
