The Job to Be Done

This is a position of trust. If you wish to build and lead a team, develop customer accounts, and manage the operations of 8 technicians, you’ve met the right opportunity. ColdTech seeks an energetic, self-motivated, solutions oriented leader who enjoys “the build” phase of a business. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Reno Area including:

• Collaboration with Dispatch to optimize work order assignments to the technicians
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure proper invoicing and timely collections
• Customer sales and relationship management
• Approve timesheets for payroll processing
• Providing routine reports to the General Manager
• Manage all aspects of area P&L
• Recruit high powered team of HVACR technicians and nurture team

Competencies

• Excellent communication skills — able to deliver sales pitches to customers, effectively interact with vendors and suppliers, and train and inspire hourly workers   
• Previous management and leadership experience  
• Distinctive people, interpersonal, and leadership skills 
• Excellent analytical skills and operational skillset 
• Advanced computer skills with high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analytics tools
