Area Business Director -Oncology

EPM is currently partnered with a Global Pharma company focused within Oncology. This pharmaceutical company is becoming a leading player in Cancer space as a result; a highly experienced profile is required. With the strong growth across the pipeline, we are seeking candidates in the following geographies.
Responsibilities Include
- Ability to coach by identifying the unique needs of individuals and situations to maximize effectiveness, drive accountability & ensure results
- Lead the team to own relationships across community and IDN accounts with the full oncology portfolio.
- Ability to hire, develop, lead and propel a team of 8-10 across Sales & Strategic Accounts
- Drive team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals across the team
Preferred Experience
- Launch experience
- 3+ years pharmaceutical sales management experience (MUST)
- Deep understanding of overall Landscape across Community and Acute Care GPOs
- Strong background in Oncology, with an understanding of the key IDN and community oncology accounts in the region is highly preferred
