Position: Project Manager


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and innovative thinking within the team.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
  • Manage project risks, including the identification, analysis, and response planning.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the alignment of vision and execution.
  • Lead, direct, and manage architectural projects from conception to completion.
  • Ensure that every design and construction decision aligns with our philosophy of creating meaningful impact.
  • Report project status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in architectural project management.
  • A passion for producing exceptional work, down to the finest details.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as SketchUp, Revit, and project management tools.
  • A genuine belief in the transformative power of architecture on human experiences and well-being.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing design-focus architectural projects from start to finish.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
