Job Description

Mastermind.com is looking for a world-class Appointment Setter to set appointments for our closing team. The goal of the Appointment Setter is to set high-quality appointments. You will work with our closing team, who will meet with the clients and close the clients. For every appointment created for the sales team that leads to a sale, the Appointment Setter gets a commission.


Specific tasks include promoting event participation and product sales by finding new clients, engaging with prospective clients, making outbound calls and direct messages, and scheduling appointments with senior sales personnel.


You will work directly with members of the sales team to take our company to new heights by finding people interested in our company products. We have a loyal worldwide following, where every one of our customers is not just a client but an active student. We want you to help them take the next level in their life and business.


The Role:

  • Arranging appointments with closing sales staff to facilitate further discussions and negotiations
  • Assessing the viability and suitability of leads by qualifying them
  • Excellent compensation model designed to ramp up an Appointment Setter with 2+ years of experience into a top earner with an OTE of $50k-70k+ in the first year

  • This on-site setter position is based in Arizona. You will work from the Mastermind headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.
  • Reaching out to cold leads through phone calls and social media to initiate communication
  • Join the largest brand disrupting the digital product space, backed by Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins
  • Proactively connecting with potential clients to increase event signups


Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with potential clients to schedule quality appointments
  • Conduct 140-200+ outbound calls per day to generate fresh leads interested in our programs
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and closers.
  • Utilize social media like Facebook communities to communicate with prospects
  • Learn about industry trends and company products, and educate customers about the potential benefits of our products
  • Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly performance targets
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Accurately maintain records on prospect’s information


Requirements:

  • Ability to remain flexible with company changes
  • Knowledge of the coaching/elearning industry preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to meet lead generation goals every week
  • Willingness to learn and be mentored
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Analytical skills with a good level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 2+ years of previous appointment setting or sales experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Knowledge of a sales CRM (Hubspot Prefered)
  • Ability to represent Mastermind with professionalism and expertise
  • Excellent sales and marketing skills with proven lead-generation tactics
