The Appointment Setter will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. - Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills to better serve customers
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction
- Prospect leads and call potential customers to generate qualified appointments for the sales team
- Listen to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Meet weekly and monthly appointment goals set by the sales team
- Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends and customer needs
- Use CRM software to manage and schedule appointments
- Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with Information Technology and Services industry trends and terminology
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed appointment goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
