Job Description
CloudHire, a global remote employee provider, is seeking an Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and scheduling appointments with potential clients. The Appointment Setter will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities


  • Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills to better serve customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Prospect leads and call potential customers to generate qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Listen to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
  • Meet weekly and monthly appointment goals set by the sales team
  • Provide feedback to the sales team on market trends and customer needs
  • Use CRM software to manage and schedule appointments


Requirements


  • Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Information Technology and Services industry trends and terminology
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed appointment goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment


Benefits


Compensation and Advancement:


This is a commission-based role, offering uncapped earning potential.


As an Appointment Setter, you can expect to make between 5,000 and 15,000 USD per month.


We prioritize quick payment for all new hires, with a target of earning at least 5,000 USD within the two month.


Successful individuals can progress to the Closer position in approximately two months, with earning potential ranging from 15,000 to 40,000 USD per month.
