Salary $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Details

As an Applied Data Scientist, you will work in a cross-functional team environment with other engineers as well as product managers, architects, UX designers and operations teams to deliver top quality cloud based solutions using Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing state-of-the-art ML algorithms and solutions that enhance our SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

• Mentor other software engineers and new hires to help them learn about the product and necessary skills to do the job; provide technical leadership as part of an engineering team
• Source and curate datasets
• Train, validate, test and version machine learning models
• Collaborate with other software engineers to deliver on product goals
• Troubleshoot problems and develop solutions with little to no supervision
• Run experiments and AI/ML models that are accurate and performant

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with programming with Python, Pytorch, Tensorflow, OpenCV
• B.S. in Computer Engineering or Science (Masters preferred) with at least 3 years of software development experience with a distinguished track record delivering technically complex enterprise services (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with computer vision neural nets for object detection (YOLO, Faster R-CNN), Classification (VGG-19, MobileNet) and Segmentation (Detectron) models
• Experience with Agile methodologies

Bonus Skills

• VMS or Security industry experience
• Familiarity with Test Frameworks and MLFlow
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud platform
• Willingness to learn Golang
