Job Description

World-class software company located in Philadelphia suburbs, seeks a talented, passionate, and motivated Application Support Engineer to provide Software and Implementation support for their client base. Serve as a software support analyst to help service clients in industries such as insurance, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and technology and many of the largest agencies in the federal government.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Client’s Software Solutions

Manage IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.

Provide support to IT systems including day–to–day operations, monitoring and problem resolution

Familiarity with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server Databases

Familiarity with Cloud Environments

Ability to think critically and analyze problems to remediate issues in internal and customer IT environments

Some travel required


Required Skills:

College degree in computer or business-related field

3+ years of System Admin experience

2+ years of Linux experience

Knowledge of Oracle and/or SQL databases

MUST be able to pass stringent background test (US Citizen)
