About the job:

As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation that effectively communicates complex technical information to our target audience. Your primary focus will be producing high-quality user manuals, online help systems, technical guides, and other documentation materials to support our products and services. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and communication skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong proficiency in English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and translating technical information into user-friendly documentation.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with software development processes and terminology.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, creating software documentation or other technical materials.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of documentation best practices, style guides, and standards (e.g., Chicago and Microsoft Manual of Style).
• Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in technical writing, such as Confluence, Microsoft Office, and version control systems.
